Helping People use the Health Information They Learn

Even if people have the knowledge they need to live healthier lives, they may find it difficult to put what they know into action. They may be educated, but they are not engaged in their own health. When people relate health information to their own experiences, and make a personal plan to put that knowledge to work in their everyday lives, they are much more likely to live out what they learn and change their health for the better. And no health-education program educates and engages better than Conversation Map® programs from Healthy Interactions.
