You must register for Conversation Map® training session in order to create a Facilitator Account. Once you've completed the training session, you will be able to view and download all of the materials, including preparatory and supplemental patient session facilitation resources, by logging into this website. To view all available training sessions, select this option and click submit.

 I am a one-on-one facilitator.

If you are currently using the Conversation Starter™ education tools and wish to access additional one-on-one facilitation resources, select this option and click submit.
