Conversation Map Facilitator Liaison

Healthy Interactions is seeking 1 full time or 2 part-time (2.5 days/week) Conversation Map Facilitator Liasions devoted to strengthening our relationships with healthcare professionals that have been trained on the use of our Conversation Map® education tools.

In this role, you will make outbound calls to healthcare professionals, mostly Registered Dietitians, and Certified Diabetes Educators, that have been trained to use the Conversation Map tools with their patients, who are people with diabetes. The purpose of these calls is to engage the healthcare professional (HCP) in a dialogue around their experience to date with the tools after the training session. The primary objective is to learn whether or not the HCP is using the tools and if not, to try to address any challenges that they say are preventing them from doing so. All information gathered on the call around usage of the tools, etc. is documented in a web-based application. These are not sales calls.

The ideal candidate will be a healthcare professional that has been trained on the use of the Conversation Map tools, uses the tools and has an abundance of patience for talking to other HCPs about the tools on the phone for up to 20 minutes.
