Program Manager

Healthy Interactions is seeking a Program Manager who will have responsibility for developing, delivering and managing custom education and engagement programs for one or more disease states. This position is committed to developing and maintaining positive client relationships, identifying and managing strategic opportunities to grow both client and Healthy Interactions businesses, developing new streams of business, and managing and developing staff. The Program Manager coordinates internal resources to develop and test the product, identify and train patient facilitators, track product performance and report results to clients.

This role will require proven client management experience in a complex business environment and the ability to understand clients’ business strategy. The Program Manager will design programs that align with the client goals and will communicate the results of Healthy Interactions products to key program stakeholders.

In this role, you will be expected to work independently to drive Healthy Interactions business and to proactively manage all facets of the platform(s) to which you are assigned.
