We are celebrating a huge milestone; 20,000 of you, our facilitators, have now been trained and equipped with the Conversation Map education tools. That is 20,000 facilitators with the ability to empower life and health-changing conversations all over the United States.
The more facilitators who are trained and using the Maps, the more people with chronic conditions can become actively engaged in taking care of their health.
